The long-awaited noodle bar, Yugiri Ramen Project, is now open in its first brick-and-mortar presence in Henry’s Depot located in Historic Downtown Sanford.
The project was initially conceived during the Pandemic when Chef Mike began fulfilling special ramen orders through Facebook. The restaurant scene was dismal, and the people wanted their noodles! Now, vegan ramen-lovers all over the Sanford area can visit Yugiri to feast on some delicious menu items.
