Immersive space-themed Epcot restaurant, Space 220, is located in Future World behind Mission: Space. After pining for reservations for months (and giving up), I struck gold one day when I popped by the check-in desk near closing time to ask if they had any openings in their lounge. To my luck, they had exactly two seats left so my husband and I were able to enjoy their famous plant-based carrot make!
In the 'vegan world' Space 220 is traditionally well-known for having one of the best plant-based menus in all of the Walt Disney World Resort--certainly in one of the best ambiances. Unfortunately, from the looks of the official menu, the Terra-Bolognese and quinoa burger have left their menu and been replaced with a new item called "Stuffed Jumbo Shells". The menu, therefore, has shrunk considerably, but I'd still recommend it for drinks and dessert!
Here are the current vegan options at Space 220 (as of January 2023):
STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS
Crushed Chickpeas, Edamame, Saffron Tomato Ragout, Eastern Spice, Basil Pesto VG, DF
CARROT CAKE (TSV Pick!) Plant-Based Carrot Cake with Plant-Based Cream Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Toasted Pepitas VG DF
SORBET
Strawberry or Lemon VG GF
